A Permanent Voice in Collaboration with various Community Partners presents our 4th Annual Christmas in the Park!
This event is more than just a celebration; it’s a community movement that gives back to families in need as well as provides educational resources!
We are teaming up with our local community, friends, family, resource organizations, and others to create merry memories in our community that will last long after the holiday season ends.
This is a FREE Community event that will happen Sunday, December 14, 2025, 2pm-6pm, at Esteban Park 3345 E. Roeser Road Phoenix Arizona 85040.
This IMPACTFUL afternoon will offer a variety of holiday-themed activities and crafts for the kids, a cozy hot chocolate station, gift raffles, lowrider car clubs, resource education, and more!
The support of our community helps spread holiday cheer far beyond the park gates. So, please bring the entire family for an afternoon of holiday joy and fun, and leave with a full heart.
Special thanks to Quest High School and Advance U Elementary for being so amazing. Mr. Goodridge and Ms. Laprada for the referrals. Dish It Out & Marlee’s Lemonade for sponsoring the FREE raffle for the 50′ TV and $200.00 Gift Card, and the Lit Twist Mobile Bookstore for the books donation. This is going to be a Christmas Celebration to remember!
We have also extended our Community Christmas Toy Drive (December 1-10, 2025) You can drop off toy donations at Dish It Out or Marlee’s Lemonade Vending Sites (Check their FB or IG accounts). On Saturday, December 13, 2025, A Permanent Voice in collaboration with Quest High School will host our Winter 2025 Youth Resource Marketplace and Basketball Blast! (Event Location: Quest High School 217 E. Olympic Drive Phoenix, AZ 85042.)
This event will pair community resources and education for youth with a basketball game to bring awareness to the importance of Reading Literacy, Financial Literacy, Healthy Relationships, Gang/Crime and Drug Awareness. With recent crime activity and drug overdose in the South Phoenix community involving our youth; now is the time MORE THAN EVER to do our part to SAVE OUR YOUTH!
We have also been blessed with an amazing sponsorship opportunity by KRISTIS KLIMBERS to help 12 uninsured individuals 35 years old and older with a FREE MAMMOGRAM!
The SimonMed Mammogram Mobile Unit will be on site. Please have the individual send a TEXT MESSAGE to 602-341-4042 with their first and last name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. They will receive notification; once an appointment has been confirmed. They will also be notified if all of the slots have been filled and directed to other resources.

Serve Our Seniors Program are in need of Community Organizations, Groups, Individuals to donate groceries, hot meals during the month of November 2025.
We are also hosting a Community Christmas Toy Drive during the month of November. Collecting toys and donations for our 4th Annual Christmas In The Park.

How can community members provide feedback, suggestions, or concerns about officer conduct or department policies? How has community feedback influenced MCSO practices or policies recently?
Are there any youth-oriented programs or school visits that deputies participate in to build positive relationships with young people? How does the MCSO work with local schools to address on-campus vaping violations and possession of devices?
